Me Too

Michele Oleary

For all my writer friends and readers...this post has not been edited, but it has been approved from God. Thank you Jesus for your faithful words. The post is a dedcation to the ones who are faithful, even in heartbreak.

Today, I stood in a hospital ICU waiting room with a precious friend. Saddness and tears flowed from my heart and I wanted to scream out, NO! I wanted to absorb some of my friend's pain, to relieve her for just a moment, but I couldn't. I have never walked in her shoes...to see the most precious person in life suffering in front of you.

She showed grief but she also showed love: God's love. His strength.

There is nothing like a mother's love here on earth. Nothing.

As I listened, cried, and prayed God was faithful to remind me: Me too.

God, allowing His Son to suffer for us so He could say...Me too.

He placed a piece of Himself to walk on earth to suffer so He could say...Me too.

We are never alone. Never. We are connected to God by grace. His grace of Christ. Grace from the cross.

The link to heaven.

The link to perfect love.

The link to freedom.

The link to healing.

The link to our Perfect Father.

Randy and Pam, you are a testament of faith. Your solid rock is the Rock. You are not alone. His amazing grace is surrounding you. Holding you. Loving you. The Holy Spirit is crying too. God wants you to know: Me too. He loves you so much. Your reach...your spiritual DNA is flowing out on so many. Our Father is proud of you. Allow Him to cradle you in His love as you wait.

To my readers, I ask you to pray for this family. Pray without ceasing.

Mathew 18:20, "For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them." Please pray.

Jesus, we lift this family to you. Hold them close to you. May Your peace overtake them, flood their hearts and know they are not alone. Whisper your truths into their soul. We pray this in Your name. We love you. Amen.
